BL-199 Replacement Bucket Assembly

Our stainless steel processing bucket, is an integral component of high-performance cremated remains processors / cremulators. It’s designed to withstand rigorous use and is built for durability, efficiency, and cleanliness.

Material: Crafted from high quality stainless steel, the BL-199 Processor Bucket is resistant to staining, rust, and corrosion. Its polished finish not only gives it an aesthetic shine but also ensures that remains don’t stick easily to its surface.

Design: The shape of the bucket allows optimal circulation during the processing. This also insures that everything inside get processed fully and evenly as possible.

Blade Assembly: Our blade is fixed at the base inside the bucket with a bearing & seal. Our BL199 blades are made of high-quality stainless steel to maintain length and increase time between blade changes.

Lid: To prevent spilling and allow for safe operation, the container comes with a matching lid. This lid fits snugly on top, with a rubber gasket to ensure a tight seal.

Handles: For ease of use, our buckets come with two handles.

Over all the seamless construction and polished surface of the stainless steel bucket is easy to use and easy to clean. The absence of tiny nooks and crevices ensures that remains can be whipped off quickly and efficiently.
