  • The Crematory Operator’s Role

It is the operator’s role and responsibility to protect the environment by:
1. Complying with all emission limits and operating practices specified in your permit to operate.
2. Minimizing emissions of particulate matter, carbon monoxide and organic compounds through proper operation of your equipment.
3. Minimizing particulate matter emission from ash handling.
4. Performing regular maintenance inspections to catch any operational problems early.

  • Basic Combustion Principles

Goal is to familiarize you with:
1. Basic combustion terminology.
2. How the combustion process works and how you affect the process.
3. Indicators of good combustion and poor combustion.

Objective is to familiarize you with:
1. List the three factors that are needed for combustion to occur.
2. List the combustion products that are generated under good combustion and poor combustion conditions.
3. Describe the relationship between the amount of fuel, air, and waste.
4. Describe how combustion air requirements are affected by the combustion process.
5. Describe what happens when you have too much or too little combustion air.

Our service coordinator will contact you when we schedule your training & certification course with plenty of notice. At this time, we are uncertain of the exact date of your training & certification course.

 

Estimated 6-8 weeks from time of purchasing service to technician arrival to preform training & certification course.

To decrease your facilities liability while work is performed, please make sure that the machine(s) is less than 100 degrees Fahrenheit when the technician arrives. Also, please have a competent individual familiar with safety procedures with the technician at all times. You will also need to have an OSHA approved ladder available and the ability to lockout/tagout the equipment being serviced.

By placing this order you are agreeing to the following:

Title of the goods which are the subject of this proposal shall remain the sellers until such time as the amount of the proposal is paid in full. If the total amount is not paid at the maturity thereof, the customer agrees to pay a service charge of 1-1½% per month on the unpaid balance and further agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, if the delinquent account is turned over for collection whether suit be brought or not. It is specifically agreed that should either party file suit for breach of this agreement, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Pinellas County, Florida. Purchaser agrees that until full payment is made, it will not encumber or dispose of the collateral, and will not remove or modify it without seller’s express written permission. If purchaser shall, in any manner, default under terms of this payment agreement as a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code, and, in conjunction with those rights, may, at its sole discretion, enter upon purchaser’s property to take possession of, assemble and collect the collateral.
